Junk Yard Salad is a simple, creamy fruit salad that comes together with just a handful of ingredients. Cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, miniature marshmallows, pecans, and whipped topping combine to make a sweet, creamy salad with plenty of texture.
It takes only about 10 minutes to prepare, but it needs time to chill so the flavors can blend and the marshmallows soften. Make it the night before and refrigerate overnight for an easy make-ahead salad that’s perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, holidays, or whenever you need a simple dessert-style salad.
