Jicama & Orange Salad is a refreshing Tex-Mex salad that combines crisp, slightly sweet jicama with juicy oranges, red onion, and fresh cilantro. A simple dressing of sour cream and lime juice adds a creamy, tangy finish, while the fresh ingredients keep the salad light and refreshing.
The salad is easy to put together and can be made ahead, allowing the flavors to blend during its 4-hour marinating time. It’s a colorful side dish that’s especially refreshing alongside grilled meats, tacos, or other Tex-Mex favorites.
