Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean beef
  • 8 oz cabbage shredded
  • 4 oz carrots shredded
  • ½ cup onion chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet over a medium heat, cook the beef and onion till the beef is cooked and the onion translucent. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Add cabbage and carrots. Cooking five minutes, stir often
  • In a small bowl, blend the ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  • Add combination to the skillet and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
