Egg Roll Stir Fry combines seasoned ground beef, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, and ginger with savory soy and sesame flavors. A quick, easy one-pan meal that's ready in about 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables begin to soften.
In a small bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir well to combine.
Continue cooking for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage and carrots are tender and the flavors have blended.
