These are new and favorite dishes for April 2026.
- Lo Mein Noodles – It was smelling and looking so good – we forgot to take a picture. It will be made again and we will post a picture.
- Southern Fried Corn – A different take on a traditional vegetable side dish.
- Dirty Spaghetti – Do you like spaghetti? Do you like Dirty Rice? This is a great fusion recipe.
- Mum’s BBQ Chicken – Nothing like Texas, Kansas City, Carolina, or Memphis barbecue sauces. But it is good.
- Asian Brown Sauce = A super sauce for any Asian dish. Easy. Good with any stir fry, noodle, meat, vegetable combination.
