These Oven Roasted Potatoes are a simple and delicious alternative to French fries. Cubed potatoes are tossed with vegetable oil and onion soup mix, then roasted until tender on the inside and golden brown around the edges. The onion soup mix adds plenty of savory flavor without requiring a long list of ingredients.
With only three ingredients and about 10 minutes of preparation, this is an easy side dish for busy weeknights or family dinners. Serve these potatoes alongside burgers, grilled meats, roasted chicken, or just about any main course where you would normally reach for French fries.
