Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow macaroni cooked and drained
- 5.2 oz. Boursin cheese use commercial or our homemade version
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese softened package
- 1 cup Cheddar Jack cheese shredded
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.Lightly grease a 9 X 13 inch pan.Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat 1 ½ cups heavy cream, 5.2 oz. Boursin cheese, and 4 oz cream cheese until melted over medium-low heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in cooked16 oz elbow macaroni, coating well. Pour mixture into prepared 9 X 13-inch pan. Top with 1 cup Cheddar Jack cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
