5.2oz.Boursin cheeseuse commercial or our homemade version
1 ½cupsheavy cream
4ozcream cheesesoftened package
1cupCheddar Jack cheeseshredded
To taste salt
To taste pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.Lightly grease a 9 X 13 inch pan.Set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat 1 ½ cups heavy cream, 5.2 oz. Boursin cheese, and 4 oz cream cheese until melted over medium-low heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in cooked16 oz elbow macaroni, coating well. Pour mixture into prepared 9 X 13-inch pan. Top with 1 cup Cheddar Jack cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
