Use this in sandwiches or on a plate as an entree. It's a great way to use up leftover beef. With the right seasoning and a good mix of textures, this beef salad is sure to become a favorite among your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • roast leftover
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ to ¾ cup salad dressing

Instructions

  • Grind or finely mince 2 cups of leftover roast and place into mixing bowl. Also, grind or finely mince the sweet pickles now if using as a substitute.
  • Add salad dressing, sweet pickle relish, and walnuts.
  • Mix to combine. Additional mayonnaise and relish can be added 1 tablespoon at a time if you want a wetter spread.

Notes

• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
• DO NOT put in freezer. It  just don’t freeze well.
