Ingredients

  • 1 box New York Bakery Cheesy Texas Toast
  • 8 oz Corn Beef chopped into bite-size pieces, or pastrami
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • cup Russian dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sauerkraut drained

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
  • Arrange the 1 box New York Bakery Cheesy Texas Toast slices on a baking sheet.
  • Prep the fillings by chopping the pastrami or 8 oz Corn Beef into small bite-size pieces and dicing the 4 oz Swiss cheese.
  • Make the Reuben mixture by combining 4 oz cream cheese , 1/3 cup Russian dressing, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, chopped pastrami/corn beef, diced Swiss, and drained 1/2 cup sauerkraut in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Assemble by spreading a heaping scoop of the Reuben mixture onto each slice of Texas toast.
  • Bake for about 16 minutes, or until the toast is crispy and the topping is hot, melty, and lightly golden.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy
