Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
Arrange the 1 box New York Bakery Cheesy Texas Toast slices on a baking sheet.
Prep the fillings by chopping the pastrami or 8 oz Corn Beef into small bite-size pieces and dicing the 4 oz Swiss cheese.
Make the Reuben mixture by combining 4 oz cream cheese , 1/3 cup Russian dressing, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, chopped pastrami/corn beef, diced Swiss, and drained 1/2 cup sauerkraut in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
Assemble by spreading a heaping scoop of the Reuben mixture onto each slice of Texas toast.
Bake for about 16 minutes, or until the toast is crispy and the topping is hot, melty, and lightly golden.
