These Lo Mein Noodles are a quick and flavorful meal packed with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and egg noodles tossed in a savory sauce. The combination of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic creates that rich, satisfying flavor we love in a good bowl of lo mein.
The vegetables cook quickly over high heat, keeping them colorful and slightly crisp while the noodles soak up the flavorful sauce. We especially enjoy using fresh German egg noodles, but any fresh egg noodle works well. This is an easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly and is easy to customize with your favorite protein or vegetables.
