Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean beef
- 8 oz cabbage shredded
- 4 oz carrots shredded
- ½ cup onion chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over a medium heat, cook the beef and onion till the beef is cooked and the onion translucent. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Cooking five minutes, stir often
- In a small bowl, blend the ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Add combination to the skillet and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
