Snickerdoodle Banana Bread

Snickerdoodle Banana Bread combines two classic favorites into one delicious loaf. Ripe bananas make the bread moist and tender, while brown sugar, cinnamon, and cream of tartar give it the familiar flavor of a snickerdoodle cookie.

The cinnamon-sugar mixture is layered throughout the batter and sprinkled over the top before baking, creating little pockets of warm cinnamon sweetness in every slice and a lightly crisp topping.

This is an easy banana bread that comes together quickly and makes a wonderful breakfast, snack, or sweet treat with a cup of coffee. It’s also a great way to use up those ripe bananas sitting on the counter.
