Roasted Pork Loin with Apples and Cinnamon is a simple, flavorful pork dinner that combines tender roasted pork with sweet apples and warm spices. The pork loin is seasoned with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper, then roasted until tender and juicy.
While the pork cooks, apples are combined with white wine, honey, lemon juice, and the same warm spices used on the roast. The apples are gently simmered until tender, creating a sweet and lightly spiced sauce that pairs beautifully with the savory pork. Adding the juices from the roast to the apple mixture brings all of the flavors together.
With just a few ingredients and about 10 minutes of preparation, this recipe is easy enough for a weeknight dinner but special enough for Sunday dinner or entertaining. The combination of pork and apples is a classic for good reason, and the cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg add a warm depth of flavor without overpowering the dish.
Slice the pork loin and serve it with plenty of the tender apples and sauce spooned over the top. Add roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, or a simple green salad for a complete and satisfying meal.
