These Ribs with Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce are an easy way to make tender, flavorful ribs without spending hours at the grill. The pressure cooker does most of the work while a tangy mustard-based sauce brings together yellow mustard, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and a little heat.
The sauce is easy to adjust to your taste. Add more or less honey and brown sugar depending on how sweet you like your barbecue sauce, and control the heat with cayenne and hot sauce.
Serve the ribs with some of the extra sauce spooned over the top, or save some to serve alongside potatoes or your favorite barbecue sides.
