Mini Quiche Bowls are one of those little breakfasts that are as practical as they are cute. Eggs, cream, fresh vegetables, and cheddar cheese are baked inside soft tortilla bowls, creating individual quiches that are easy to serve and easy to eat.
These are especially handy when you want breakfast ready ahead of time. Make a batch, freeze them, and you have a quick grab-and-go breakfast for busy mornings. They are also easy to change up—try different cheeses or add your favorite vegetables to keep them from becoming repetitive.
Because each one is made in its own little bowl, they are great for breakfast at home, a quick snack, or taking along when you need something easy to pick up and go.
