Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup green pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 oz corn 1 can
- 8 oz Tostino's Salsa con queso
- cheese whiz
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce use your favorite
- to taste corn or tortilla chips
Instructions
- Brown meat then drain.
- Add onion, pepper simmer till tender.
- Stir in corn, cheese, sauce, & chili powder.
- Simmer to 20 minutes.
- Top with corn chips.
