This simple Cauliflower Soup highlights the delicate flavor of cauliflower, enhanced with sautéed onion, garlic, and a touch of milk or cream for richness. The cauliflower cooks until tender, then the soup is blended until smooth for a light and comforting bowl.
Serve it as a light lunch or as a starter for a larger dinner. Fresh parsley or chives make a simple garnish, while croutons, crispy bacon, or shredded cheese can add extra texture and flavor. A slice of crusty bread alongside makes it a satisfying meal.
