strips of bacon

cheddar cheese

garlic powder

onion powder

Ranch seasoning Dressing Mix
commercial or homemade (see our Ranch Dressing mix)
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
Fresh chives for garish
optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 ° F.
Wash and slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices
Spread the potato slices on a sheet pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Also Ranch Seasoning if using.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
Top the baked potatoes slices with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
