Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces butter at room temperature
- 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh chives chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Place the butter, cream cheese and minced garlic in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed until it is completely blended together.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and blend on high speed until everything is blended and fluffy. Scrapping the bowl as needed with a rubber spatula.
- Line a dish with plastic wrap and add your cheese to it. Wrap the plastic wrap around it so it is completely sealed.
- Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes or more. Or until it sets up.
- Unwrap and enjoy with crackers or use in recipes. This freezes really well and also keeps in the refrigerator for a couple weeks! Enjoy!
