Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced
8 ounces butter at room temperature
16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
½ teaspoon fresh chives chopped
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Place the butter, cream cheese and minced garlic in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed until it is completely blended together.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and blend on high speed until everything is blended and fluffy. Scrapping the bowl as needed with a rubber spatula.
Line a dish with plastic wrap and add your cheese to it. Wrap the plastic wrap around it so it is completely sealed.
Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes or more. Or until it sets up.
Unwrap and enjoy with crackers or use in recipes. This freezes really well and also keeps in the refrigerator for a couple weeks! Enjoy!
