These Sticky Baked Chicken Wings combine a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy glaze made with ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and gochujang Korean red pepper paste. The sauce is cooked down until thick and concentrated, then baked onto the cooked wings until glossy and lightly charred.
The result is a sticky, flavorful wing with plenty of sweet heat and a little Asian-inspired character. Finish the wings with sliced scallions, toasted sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime for a bright contrast to the rich glaze.
