Amish Friendship Bread is a sweet, tender quick bread that’s hard to resist. Made with Amish Friendship Bread Starter, vanilla pudding, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla, it has a soft texture and warm cinnamon flavor that makes it perfect for breakfast, snacking, or sharing.
This recipe makes two loaves, so there is plenty to enjoy and plenty to share. A cinnamon-sugar mixture creates a lightly sweet, flavorful finish that pairs beautifully with the tender bread.
And if you have extra starter on hand, don’t stop with loaves—you can extend this recipe to make muffins too.
