Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
Optional additions
- shredded coconut add to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, sugar and milk.
- Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
- Remove from burner and add the remaining ingredients.
- Drop from a spoon onto waxed paper.
- Let cool 1 hour. {Unless you are like my husband and start after 5 minutes).
