This vibrant golden-yellow Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce is tangy, slightly sweet, and full of flavor. Yellow mustard and apple cider vinegar provide the signature tang, while honey and brown sugar balance the acidity. A little Worcestershire, garlic, and optional cayenne and hot sauce add depth and heat. The sauce is easy to make, but giving it a full day to let the flavors mingle makes it even better.
