Tuscan Sauce

Tuscan Sauce

This is one of our go-to sauces. Easy to keep the supplies in stock, delicious and versatile. We use it with chicken, salmon, shrimp and pasta.

Most of the time I will make it lower fat by using 1/2 cup 2% milk and 3 ounces cream cheese (flavored or plain).

It can also be made vegan by using vegetable broth, coconut milk (or another non-dairy milk), and plant-based cheeses.
