Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh if possible
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped, fresh if possible

Instructions

  • If a bowl mix ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon dill chopped.
  • Place the salmon on a baking safe sheet, then smear on the sauce. Bake at 350° F for 22 minutes. Internal temp should reach 120° F.
  • Serve.
