3tablespoonsbutter
3garlic clovesminced
2teaspoonsparsleychopped
3tablespoonsParmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the 3 tablespoons butter in the microwave. Stir in the 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Unroll the pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet and gently stretch it to almost the size of the baking sheet.
Layer the 8 slices ham, 10 slices Genoa salami, and 12 slices pepperoni over the dough. Place the 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese over the meats. Shredded cheese can be used instead.
Starting from a long side, roll the dough tightly into a Stromboli. Pinch the seam closed securely.
Seal both ends by pinching the dough together, then fold and mold the excess dough underneath the Stromboli.
Using a serrated knife, make several shallow scores across the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking.
Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture evenly over the top.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let the Stromboli rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
