Season with 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes more. Add 1 tablespoon flour to meat mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
Add 2 cups beef broth,1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,1 tablespoon tomato paste and 1/2 cup green onions. Simmer until the sauce is thick and saucy.
Combine the cooked 8 ounces spaghetti into the skillet and toss until fully coasted.
Serve hot, some add cheddar or Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
This recipe is flexible when it comes to the sausage. Use your favorite smoked or fresh sausage, depending on the flavor you want.If you like a little extra heat, use a spicier Creole seasoning or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.Cheddar or Parmesan cheese makes a nice finishing touch, although the spaghetti is flavorful enough to serve without it.
