2cupsCheddar cheeseshredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Lowfat
2cupsChickendiced Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken
2cupsGreen Beans or broccoli
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Cook the green beans or broccoli so it is cooked but firm. Arrange the cooked green beans or broccoli in a pre-greased dish and place the cooked chicken on top.
In a small bowl combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour on top of the chicken and green beans.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the surrounding sauce is bubbling.
