Honey-Chile Chicken Wings are coated with a sweet, sticky, salty glaze made with honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper. The combination of honey and soy sauce gives the wings a rich glaze, while the chile adds just the right amount of heat.
The sauce comes together quickly on the stovetop and is best used as a finishing glaze for hot, cooked chicken wings. Freshly sliced scallions add a little freshness and a nice finishing touch.
